Zero - 'Official Art'

Previously, I had made MMXPosition-style official artworks for X, Axl and Solid, and Zero's included in the set. For people who haven't been reading descriptions, these 'official arts' are drawn for a what-if "game" concept of mine, Megaman XPosition (MMXP).

I have two timelines, and one of my timelines is called Lamed Vav Tzadikim. And in Lamed, I have a concept of a "game" set between Megaman X7 and Megaman X8...and that's what Megaman XPosition is (Its working name is Megaman 7.5).

Anyways, in MMXP, Zero continues his combatant role while X works on slowly transitioning from combatant to noncombatant to avoid upsetting public safety, like what happened in X7. As Zero stays in his combatant role, he contemplates the meaning of his life and his role as a maverick hunter, while reconciling the aspects of his past and his specs.

MMXPosition's official art sets actually come in sets of "pairs", which I will upload once all of the individual "official arts" are finished. And the pairs themselves bear meaning--like, why do I "pair" these two people together and why I "pair" them that way.

I redesigned Zero's chest plate a bit to make for a more streamlined look (X8's is good, but I simplified it to make it easier to draw, and a bit blockier to resemble the pre-X8 version more) and redesigned the gray parts of Zero's gauntlet for both in-universe practicality and ease of drawing.
